You are never required to hire an attorney for an immigration case or any other legal issue in the United States. However, U.S. immigration law is complicated. Hiring an experienced immigration attorney improves the likelihood that your application will be successful.
An immigration attorney knows U.S. immigration law and can provide advice on your immigration status and how to increase the likelihood that your immigration application will be successful.
